Any reservation automatically implies the customer's acceptance of the conditions set out below:
All stipulations (purchase conditions, letters, acknowledgments of receipt and other documents from the Customer) modifying the clauses and conditions of this purchase order will be considered null and void, unless they result from a writing approved and signed by Source Paddle.
Reservations can be made by email, telephone or directly on the website. In the last two cases, the reservation must be confirmed by email by Source Paddle.
Source Paddle organizes outdoor activities. Our goal is to introduce people to leisure sports in the great outdoors. Our activities are accessible to a wide audience and do not present high risks. However, due to the specific nature of these leisure activities, certain precautions must be taken when registering participants:
Do not overestimate the physical abilities of each participant and those of the group.
For aquatic activities, it is essential to know how to swim.
Not have any particular medical contraindications to the practice of these sports, which could endanger the participant or worsen their state of health.
Responsibility
Throughout the duration of the activity, the Source Paddle professionals responsible for supervising and carrying out the activity have authority and are the sole judges. They reserve the right to interrupt a service or exclude a participant representing a danger to themselves or those around them, due to their behavior or their technical and/or physical level deemed insufficient. Under no circumstances will this decision result in reimbursement of the service, except in exceptional cases.
Security
For all our activities, wearing individual technical equipment related to the activity is mandatory.
Insurance
In accordance with the legislation, each independent guide working under the commercial entity of Source Paddle has taken out Civil Liability insurance. These independent guides have their own Siret numbers and Civil Liability insurance. This insurance is included in the price of the services.
The main guide working under the name Source Paddle is Laurent Chatelain. It benefits from the guarantees of the “Civil Liability” group insurance contract no. 675047304, in accordance with articles L321-1 et seq. of the Sports Code, and guaranteeing, in the terms and conditions of said contract, the financial consequences of Civil Liability which may be incumbent on him as a result of carrying out the activities covered by this policy. It also benefits from the guarantee Sale or resale of sports activities by instructors who are members of other instructors, provided that these activities are carried out by sports instructors or educators who are AN3S members insured under this contract.
